SRIM has a specific program for Vacant Buildings which offers 3 & 6 month policy terms with the option to renew. This program has Premises Liability limits of up to $2,000,000 at competitive premiums starting as low as $500 (plus fee). Broad Form and Replacement Cost is available for some risks. Coverage applies for any uncertainties occurring on the property for all ranges of buildings from residential dwellings, apartments, condominiums, commercial buildings, etc.
We can also consider risks undergoing some renovations, construction or demolition. Dwellings with multiple residential units also qualify.
